Inpatient beds are located on the 3rd floor of The Alfred main ward block in the Ewa and Ezriel Rabinowicz Cardiac and Thoracic Centre (Ward 3CTC).  

Visiting hours are 10 am to 8 pm but may be restricted on occasions because of patient condition or other reasons.  Cardiac investigative facilities including the cardiac catheterisation laboratories are also located on the 3rd floor.

CAGE (Cardiology General)

A full range of inpatient and outpatient general cardiology services are provided.  These include management of acute and chronic ischaemic heart disease, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease and heart failure.

CAHF (Cardiology Heart Failure)

The Heart Failure / Heart Transplant Service provides investigation and management of both inpatients and outpatients with acute and chronic heart failure or cardiomyopathies.  It offers Mechanical Circulatory Support for advanced heart failure as bridge to recovery or bridge to transplant.  It also cares for Heart Transplant inpatients with post transplant illnesses as well as providing outpatient care including cardiac biopsies.
